Craig Brechner
Co-Founder & CEOBased in Irvine, California, Mr. Brechner assumes the helm of the company, directing his efforts toward strategic planning, providing decisive leadership, and fostering key relationships with both suppliers and clients. With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications sector, Craig has held diverse roles across Service Providers, Manufacturers, and Value Added Distributors. His journey has spanned positions such as Account Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Marketing, Executive Director of International, and Vice President of Product Management for Switching, RF, and Optical networks.
In his most recent notable venture in the telecommunications realm, Craig co-founded and served as President of Phoenix Telecom Solutions. Under his stewardship, the company expanded its footprint with operations in the United States, Brazil, and The Netherlands. Phoenix Telecom Solutions gained recognition in the industry, culminating in its acquisition by Scout Partners, LLC. in December of 2012.
Since then, Craig has diversified his entrepreneurial endeavors, venturing into the realms of the Medical and Real Estate Industries, where he continues to demonstrate his acumen and drive for success.
Craig holds a bachelor's degree in business economics and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He furthered his education by graduating from Stanford's Graduate School of Business SEP program and completing executive education courses at Harvard Business School. Craig's professional contributions extend to serving on the Business Technical Committee of the CCA and actively participating as a board member of Alder Orange County, CA. He is a distinguished speaker, having presented at numerous telecom conferences worldwide, including Futurecom Brazil, CCA, NTCA, ITU Geneva, Quest Forum, and CTIA. Craig's achievements also include recognition as a member of Who’s Who in America.
Ashish Rampal
COOLocated in Irvine, California, Mr. Rampal is a passionate, results-oriented technology executive with a consistent track record in driving operational excellence, in support of revenue growth and margin expansion to deliver strong P&L performance in both startup and multinational environments. Demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses organically (and inorganically), developing partnerships, transforming operations and building the process discipline necessary for long term value creation. Well grounded, strategic thinker who combines attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and broad technical knowledge to drive operations from vision to successful execution. Have led M&A and investment activities. Experienced in building & developing high-powered teams and fostering a continuous learning environment. Well versed in engaging with, and being a representative on, Board of Directors, as well as engaging with investors. He is a Telecom background and has worked for a multinational OEM and has gone on to created and lead other companies in the Green Technology vertical, Diagnostic Medical Imaging and Real Estate Industries. Ashish holds Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration. He is an active board member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) of Orange County, CA and has held EO roles at the regional level.
Brian Dugan
Vice President, SalesBrian Dugan brings a wealth of experience in the telecom and IT sectors with a proven track record in driving sales growth and building dynamic teams. Throughout Brian's career, he has had a wide range of experiences. In the past 15 years, his focus has been on Network Infrastructure, Telecom, Wireless, and Related Support Services. He believes that "Focus, Discipline, and Collaboration" are the keys to sales success. Based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, Brian is responsible for spearheading the expansion of our domestic and international sales efforts to align with Zurich's continuous growth objectives.

We are a global reseller of multivendor network equipment and independent provider of repair services to the largest telecom operators and OEMs. Zurich also provides multi-year Spare Part Management, Logistics and Remanufacturing services to telecom providers. We are in search of talent professionals to take part in our success. We are seeking a self-starting Account Executive with solid and verifiable experience in selling infrastructure telecom equipment to the main operators in the US and Canada. Reporting to the President, the Telecom Account Executive is responsible for designing and delivering a commercial strategy for Zurich expansion.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and manage existing ones through active calling, emailing, and visiting in a regular basis
- Create and manage sales funnel in CRM system and provide internal sale reports.
- Answer RFQs, elaborate RFIs, and compose complex proposals
- Create presentations, promotions and sales campaigns with the marketing team
- Plan and implement tradeshow and other sales tactical initiatives
- Build, expand, and cultivate strong relationships with our customer’s buyers and engineers at all levels within a large organization
- Travel to tradeshows and customers within the US and Canada
- Manage, train and motivate inside sales staff
- Meet or exceed sales plan
Desired Skills:

There is no relocation package offered at this time. Zurich offers 2 job locations: Los Angeles, California and Raleigh, North Carolina. Local talent is preferred. Our competitive compensation package is comprised of a base salary plus a no-limit bonus plan, commensurate with experience.

We are seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist with solid experience in supporting sales organizations, developing marketing campaigns and coordinating online media assets.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate our presence at national and local industry trade shows
- Develop and maintain our online media content including company website and social media platforms
- Develop and manage company’s sale collateral in physical format such as direct mail, brochures, and line cards as well as electronic content in PDF format such as whitepapers, case studies, presentations.
- Be responsible for our company’s SEO strategy and success
- Develop and launch captivating email marketing campaigns to prospect new customers and expand existing ones
- Write press releases
